Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, and items showing signs of use or damage.

How to Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us if you need an exchange.
